What are the shipping costs?

Check the drop-down shipping menu for your options.

Free Shipping: Orders with a certain subtotal may be eligible for free shipping in North America! Make sure to select the "Free Ship" option at checkout, if applicable.

Single cards: You have the option to "Single Card Shipping" at checkout for a cheaper option. Your card will arrive in a regular letter envelop with rigid backing for protection. *Note: There is no tracking info with this option, and it is available to USA addresses only.

Two or more cards & non-card products: The shipping rate will be automatically calculated in the checkout process according to your delivery address and current rates.

Allow a minimum of 24 hours, and an average of 2-3 business days for your order to be prepped for shipping.

International shipping is available to some other countries. Follow the checkout process to view the shipping cost in cart. We are working toward expanding shipping to additional countries.

What if USPS doesn't deliver to my US address?

If your mailing address is not available to USPS, reach out via the contact form with special instructions. Make sure to include your order number, your mailing address, and the carrier that services your area.

Do you ship outside of the US?

Shipping is currently available to US, Canada, Mexico, UK, & Australia. We'll make shipping outside of these regions available as we grow.

If you're interested in purchasing WFP products, but you're mailing address is outside of these regions, send us a message via the contact form, and let us know where you are!

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax will be calculated in the cart, according to current sales tax laws. It may not be applicable to all orders.

How do I use a discount or coupon code?

Discount code? Lucky you! In the checkout process, enter the code in the "discount code" box (under "show order summary" on mobile). Only one code can be used per order. Some codes are one-time-use only.

Do you have a physical store?

While we don't have our own brick and mortar store, we're looking to expand and get stocked in locations across the world. Check out the Locations tab to see where you can find us currently.

Are all of your products available online?

We're working toward making all of our products available online as we expand! Currently some are available at physical locations that aren't online, and visa-versa. Send us a message via the contact form if there's something specifically you're looking for!

Why I can't add the quantity of items to cart that I want/why is the quantity red?

If the quantity is red and says "You can't add more [card name] to the cart," reduce the number, until it allows you to add to cart.

The quantity selector will only let you select a maximum of what we physically have in stock. That way we can ensure the quickest shipping and handling time possible. We aim to restock asap, but feel free to reach out via the contact form if you need more, and we'll make that particular product a priority!

The item I want is out of stock. When will it be back?

While we're still growing, restocking is based on demand. So if there's something you're looking for, send us a message via the contact form, and that product will move up in the priority list!

What is your return policy?

All purchases are final sale. However, if your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we'd love to fix that! Reach out via the contact form and include your order number and a description & photos of the issue. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
